Il vise \u00e0 aider les parties prenantes des programmes de FIE \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre ce processus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"space\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la base, la LS est un processus ax\u00e9 sur la pratique o\u00f9 les futurs enseignants, les formateurs d&#8217;enseignants ou les mentors planifient, m\u00e8nent et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent collectivement \u00e0 une le\u00e7on de recherche con\u00e7ue pour aborder une question sp\u00e9cifique sur l&#8217;apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Cela implique une pr\u00e9paration approfondie : \u00e9tude du programme et de la recherche, conception de plans de cours d\u00e9taill\u00e9s incluant les r\u00e9ponses anticip\u00e9es des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ainsi que la mise en \u0153uvre et l&#8217;observation de la le\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"space\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9flexion structur\u00e9e suit, bas\u00e9e sur des preuves de l&#8217;apprentissage des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, dans le but d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer tant la compr\u00e9hension de la probl\u00e9matique d&#8217;enseignement que l&#8217;apprentissage des participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"space\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans la FIE, la LS renforce non seulement les connaissances p\u00e9dagogiques et \u00e9ducatives, mais d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement les comp\u00e9tences de collaboration, de r\u00e9flexion et de recherche des futurs enseignants. Elle peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des priorit\u00e9s plus larges telles que l&#8217;apprentissage par l&#8217;enqu\u00eate, les pratiques inclusives ou l&#8217;usage des technologies. Compte tenu des contraintes de la FIE, le processus de LS peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 divers contextes, tels que les stages ou les cours.
